At 3D BuildCraft, we understand how important quick and safe delivery is. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship orders across South Africa.
📍 Delivery Areas
We deliver nationwide — including all major cities and outlying areas.
Whether you're in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, or the middle of the Karoo, we’ve got you covered.
⏱️ Delivery Times
- Main centres: 1–3 working days
- Outlying or remote areas: 3–5 working days
- Custom orders or large items: May require additional handling time
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed over weekends or after hours are processed the next business day.
💳 Order Processing
Orders are processed once full payment is received. You'll receive a confirmation email and tracking details as soon as your parcel is on the way.
🚚 Couriers We Use
We work with trusted courier partners like The Courier Guy, Fastway, and others to ensure secure, trackable delivery.
💸 Delivery Costs
- Flat rate or calculated at checkout based on your location and package size (where door to door is to expensive, Pudo box will be requested)
- Free delivery on select promotions or for orders over a certain value (when applicable)
- You’ll see the exact delivery fee before completing your order
🧾 Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also log into your account to view tracking details under "My Orders."
